Production starts only after you have approved your final design.
The standard production time for custom apparel is 3 to 4 weeks.
We may be able to produce your order on an express basis. Please contact us in advance so we can check what is possible.
7 to 15 days. We ship your order via Thailand Post ePacket or Standard Air Mail.
If you need faster delivery, we can ship your order by DHL Express (2 to 3 days) for an additional fee.

Payment
Yes, you can pay by debit or credit card. We accept payments through Stripe and Payoneer.
Yes.
Sports clubs and businesses can pay by bank transfer to our USD, EUR, and other currency bank accounts.
Individual customers can pay by bank transfer to our bank account in Thailand in your local currency, and our bank will automatically convert the funds.
No, we do not accept PayPal.
If you cancel your order before production starts, you may receive a partial refund. The refund amount will be the order total minus any costs already incurred, such as design work and other preparation costs.
Shipping
We ship our custom apparel to almost every country worldwide. The only exceptions are countries subject to international sanctions or shipping restrictions.
We ship your order from Thailand using Thailand Post. For urgent orders, we also offer express shipping via DHL Express.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package online.
Pricing & Taxes
Yes, standard shipping is included via Thailand Post (7–15 days). Express shipping via DHL is available for an additional fee.
Yes. Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import fees upon delivery.
