5. Products
5.1 We manufacture custom sportswear and related products.
5.2 Our current product range includes Boxing Trunks, Muay Thai Shorts, Kickboxing Shorts, MMA Shorts, Boxing Jackets, Boxing Robes, Cornerman Jackets, Boxing Skirts, Boxing Capes, Boxing Ponchos, Gladiator Shorts, Trousers, and other custom products that we may introduce in the future.
5.3 We may add, remove, or change products at any time without prior notice.
5.4 Unless stated otherwise, all products are made to order according to your specifications.
5.5 Product images, mockups, and illustrations are provided for reference only. Minor differences between digital previews and the finished product may occur.
6. Customization Process
6.1 Every order includes a digital mockup for your review.
6.2 You may request unlimited design revisions before approving the mockup.
6.3 Production will not begin until you have approved the final mockup.
6.4 You may cancel your order before production begins. We may deduct any costs already incurred.
6.5 Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled.
6.6 Once the mockup has been approved, changes to the design are not guaranteed. If a change is still possible, additional charges and production delays may apply.
7. Customer Approval
7.1 Before production begins, you will receive a digital mockup for approval.
7.2 You are responsible for reviewing the mockup carefully before giving your approval.
7.3 You must verify all details, including spelling, names, numbers, colors, logos, artwork, layout, and product specifications.
7.4 By approving the mockup, you confirm that all details are correct.
7.5 We are not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved mockup.
7.6 After your approval, changes may no longer be possible. If changes can still be made, additional charges and production delays may apply.
8. Artwork and Intellectual Property
8.1 You may submit artwork in any file format.
8.2 You retain ownership of the artwork you submit.
8.3 By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.
8.4 You are solely responsible for any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, text, or other content you provide.
8.5 We may refuse any order or artwork that we believe infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party or violates applicable laws.
8.6 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from the artwork or other content you provide.
8.7 Unless you tell us otherwise, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to photograph, display, publish, and use the finished product and its design for our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials.
8.8 If you do not want us to use your finished product for marketing purposes, you may notify us at any time. We will stop using it for future marketing and will remove previously published content where technically and reasonably possible.
9. Orders
9.1 All orders are subject to our acceptance.
9.2 An order is accepted only after we confirm it.
9.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before production begins. This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, prohibited artwork, or other legitimate business reasons.
9.4 If we cancel an order before production begins after receiving your payment, we will refund any amount you have paid, unless a deduction is permitted under these Terms.
9.5 Once production has started, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled, except where required by applicable law or as provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
9.6 You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, sizing, and customization information when placing your order.
10. Prices and Payment
10.1 All prices shown on our website are in the selected currency.
10.2 We currently accept payment in USD, EUR, AUD, JPY, CAD, GBP, SGD, and CHF.
10.3 Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer.
10.4 Full payment is required before production begins.
10.5 Prices include applicable Thai taxes where required. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
10.6 You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required to import your order.
10.7 We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
11. Production
11.1 Production begins only after we receive your full payment and your approval of the final mockup.
11.2 Our estimated production time is 3 to 4 weeks.
11.3 Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
11.4 Production may take longer due to high order volumes, material availability, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.5 We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from production delays.
12. Shipping and Delivery
12.1 We ship worldwide, except to countries or territories subject to applicable trade restrictions or sanctions.
12.2 Orders are normally shipped using Thailand Post or DHL. We may use another carrier when appropriate.
12.3 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
12.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
12.5 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid mobile phone number so that the shipping carrier can contact you if necessary.
12.6 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12.7 You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
12.8 If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, unpaid import charges, or any reason attributable to you, we may charge you for any shipping, return, storage, or other costs we incur.
13. Manufacturing Tolerances
13.1 All of our products are made to order and produced by hand. Minor variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
13.2 Slight differences in color between digital mockups, screens, printed fabrics, embroidery, and the finished product are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
13.3 Colors may also vary slightly between different production batches.
13.4 Product measurements may vary slightly from the stated size due to the manufacturing process. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
13.5 The placement of logos, artwork, embroidery, prints, patches, labels, and other design elements may vary slightly from the approved mockup. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
13.6 Minor variations in stitching, embroidery, fabric texture, and finishing that do not affect the intended use of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.
13.7 We will make every reasonable effort to match the approved mockup as closely as possible.
14. Returns and Refunds
14.1 Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14.2 Because our products are made to order, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
15. Warranty
15.1 We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
15.2 A manufacturing defect includes a defect resulting from our production process that causes the product to differ materially from the approved order or makes it unsuitable for its intended use.
15.3 Manufacturing defects may include, for example, significant stitching defects, fabric defects, incorrect sizing, incorrect colors, incorrect customization, missing features, or other production errors caused by us.
15.4 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, incorrect washing, alterations made after delivery, or normal manufacturing variations described in these Terms.
15.5 If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order and provide photographs or other information reasonably requested to evaluate your claim.
16. Customer Responsibilities
16.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing your order.
16.2 You are responsible for selecting the correct product options, sizes, colors, and customizations.
16.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, logos, text, and other content you provide are accurate and comply with these Terms.
16.4 You must review and approve your mockup carefully before production begins.
16.5 You agree to cooperate with us if additional information is required to complete your order.
17. Prohibited Content
17.1 You must not submit artwork or other content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
17.2 You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
17.3 You must not submit content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
17.4 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order containing prohibited content.
18. Customer Accounts
18.1 You may create an account on our website to manage your orders and personal information.
18.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
18.3 You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

19. Gift Cards
