Because most of our products are custom-made, different return conditions apply depending on the type of order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Custom-Made Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for you, including items with custom designs, colors, logos, names, sizes, or other personalized features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As these products are made to your specifications, they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Standard (Non-Custom) Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard, non-custom products may be returned within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, the item must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unused and unwashed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned with its original packaging and tags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photos of the product<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Design Approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before production begins, we will provide a design proof for your approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please carefully review all details, including spelling, colors, logos, artwork placement, and sizing. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Sizing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide detailed size charts to help you choose the correct size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size. Custom-made products produced according to the approved specifications cannot be returned because they do not fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we manufacture an item that does not match the approved specifications, we will replace it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds are processed within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> after the returned item has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not offer exchanges for custom-made products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your custom product is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom orders may be cancelled only before production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If production has not yet started, any costs already incurred by KOMBATOR will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made or personalized products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used or washed items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged through misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. How to Request a Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return or report an issue, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
